Meet Our Vice President
It is both my privilege and my pleasure to extend greetings on behalf of Alpha Kappa Sorority, Incorporated Lambda Beta Omega Chapter. As we know, the greatest leaders are servants first, and I am committed to helping lead our chapter in providing service to our community.
As the chapter’s Vice President, I oversee all our programs of work. Under the guidance of our current International President and CEO, Danette Anthony Reed, we are tasked with fulfilling the requirements of six chapter initiatives, all aimed at strengthening our community. My commitment is to ensure we complete this mission with efficacy and effectiveness.
Our mission is rooted in service, and these programs are essential for its successful execution. We actively partner with various entities in our community to create a meaningful presence. Although we are a small community, the needs are significant. Lambda Beta Omega has been instrumental in addressing these needs through initiatives such as voter registration drives, political awareness campaigns, and efforts to combat food insecurity. As Vice President, I intend to continue supporting these initiatives and further the legacy of our sorority.
Sincerely,
Tawasha Thomas, Vice President
