  • ✨ GEN NEXT SISTERHOOD SPOTLIGHT ✨ Allison M. Dunbar was initiated into the Beta Psi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, on the campus of Southern University in 2000. Now in her 26th year as a Silver/Life Member, she remains dedicated to service, sisterhood, and active committee involvement. She is a devoted mother of two, Nathalie and Benjamin, and a lifelong learner. Allison holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, along with additional certification as a Reading Specialist and School Librarian. With 26 years in education, she currently serves in the St. Landry Parish School System as a Grades 1 and 2 Math and Science Content Instructional Specialist. She enjoys serving in her church, spending time with family and friends, and engaging in hobbies such as reading, shopping, and traveling. Allison also values participating in small groups and her book club to support her spiritual and personal growth. 💕💚
